I find that I am constantly having the conversation of what living ‘a balanced life’ looks like.
I think that you should live according to what works for you.
You create the space for the things that you and your family need to thrive personally and professionally. Opportunities come and go, and yes…we have to be open to listening…but when you live in the present moment, the things that will support you and your lifestyle will show up.
We weren’t divinely designed to struggle or suffer. Just as we allow negative situations to come into our life, we are capable of making room for joy.
Happiness is a choice.
