One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in life + in business is that being talented isn’t enough—you have to make yourself attractive to work with. That means showing up with a positive attitude, being reliable, staying humble, + building relationships rooted in mutual respect + collaboration.

I’m kicking off the first work (+ play) trip of the year to celebrate an incredible member of my team who embodies these qualities and more. It’s so important to honor the people who make the magic happen behind the scenes.
