Journey To Healing

Five years ago I could barely lift my arms above my head. Yoga has been my guiding light on a journey to regain mobility, strength, and mindfulness.

I’ve rebuilt my physical strength, one pose at a time. I’ve come such a long way, and the progress is a testament to the power of consistent practice.

Every day I work out, I’m reminded to be grateful for the body I have and its capacity for healing. It’s a powerful reminder to treat myself with love and care.
